Template - ShopSite Version 10 - 3Column - Left Navigation Feature
When you assign links to pages in version 10 stores, the links appear in the left navigation. In version 11, you can setup a global left navigation so that the navigation is the same on all pages, then have the links you assign to pages be subcategories that are displayed in the middle of the page. This template down-grades the 3Column template (3Column, Bookend, Square, Soft, and Base Format), so that you can hard code your own left navigation to be the same on all pages, and have the page links appear in the middle of the page.

Pricing for custom mobile templates depends on your site, the look you are going for, and how much in your store needs to be changed in order to support mobile templates. Most ShopSite store mobile commerce templates will stay at the $600. If the templates take longer than 10 hours, an additional $100 per hour will be charged for custom mobile templates.
